What is Penile Augmentation?
Penile augmentation is not one operation. It is a set of treatments, each aimed at a different concern — and the treatment that improves one will not usually improve another.

Surgical Options

Penile Lengthening Surgery
This procedure involves releasing the suspensory ligament that attaches the penis to the pubic bone. By doing so, more of the penile shaft becomes visible outside the body.

Penile Widening

What Happens During Surgery?
Your procedure is planned around the options you and your surgeon agree at consultation, so the detail will vary. You are admitted on the day of surgery and seen by your surgeon and anaesthetist, who confirm the plan and answer any last questions.
For lengthening, a small incision is made at the base of the penis, in the natural crease or within the pubic hair, and the suspensory ligament is divided. For girth enhancement, the graft or matrix is placed evenly beneath the shaft skin through discreet incisions. For an implant, the device is placed within the erectile bodies through a single concealed incision, with the reservoir and pump positioned out of sight.
A supportive dressing is applied and most men are discharged the same day, once the team is satisfied with recovery from the anaesthetic.
