I had a face and neck lift with Transform at The Pines Hospital Manchester. With Dr Bhatty my results are incredible I now recognise my self in the mirror because before it was like a stranger staring back at me. I totally underestimated the Recovery however, and I became anxious about bruises. The Pines took me back in after a small bleed. The follow up calls were great and eased my anxiety. My mistake was driving after the op. Which was my choice. I'm recovering well now I'm at home in Edinburgh my stitches were taken out at Glasgow Day Surgery Centre. Dr Bhatty is highly skilled I would recommend him he was professional throughout and very nice. Thank you Transform.

I have had a recent discussion with Lorraine Russel re Hernia surgery. She was extremely helpful with my enquiries with regard to cost and procedures etc I have since looked at other healthcare providers near to where I live and will be contacting Transform again to arrange an appointment. She noted comments I made about the initial contact from Transform with a view to correcting some anomalies which could have an adverse effect on prospective customers.

Outstanding Care from the offset. Hannah, Patient Advisor, was knowledgeable and worked with me to get the right consultant. Mr Bhatty, Consultant was approachable, direct, respectful and listened. Putting me at ease and finding the best solution for optimal results. In the ward, Carol was incredible. Caring, empathetic, put me at ease and her duty of care… well the best I have received.

All staff were amazing, friendly and polite. Larna has helped from the start with all advice, support and answered all questions I had up until the morning of my surgery. The surgeon done an amazing job, he was also very professional and helped me with all choices to make throughout my journey along with all information and support.

Start to finish the pines hospital was excellent with my treatment and care, both pre and post op. Consultant surgeon Jennifer Derrin absolutely wonderful. Can’t fault my experience.
